Starting the week of April 29 all freshman and sophomores will be taking NWEA tests.  This test is showing the progress students are making in math and reading.  The NWEA is a self-leveling computerized test, which means that if a student answers correctly the computer offers a more difficult question.  If a student misses a question, the computer offers an easier question until a students' grade levels determined based on their overall score.  This test is administered twice a year once in the fall and once in the spring.

In case of Cancellation on any day, exams for that day will be held on Monday, January 23^rd. It is the students responsibility to be prepared for all circumstances.

2011 – 2012 MID TERM EXAM GUIDELINES

1. Students who arrive at school in the middle of the day to take an exam are asked to arrive between exam blocks and enter the building through the lobby entrance only.

2. Students must have prior transportation arranged. The office phone will NOT be available. Students must leave the school and the school property after completion of exams. If you remain on school property, you must report to the study hall.

3. Students cannot leave at lunch if they have an exam or study hall the following block.

4. If a student is tardy for an exam, the student will not take the exam during the regular exam period. It is the student’s responsibility to meet with the teacher to schedule a time to take the exam either during the make-up period or at another time at the teacher’s discretion.

5. If a student is absent during the exam period, it is his/her responsibility to make arrangements with the teacher to make-up the exam.
