The Lady Howler softball team pulled away from Penquis on Saturday 11-5, after a back and forth game. Down 6-5 in the bottom of the sixth, PVHS got an RBI single from Abby Farley to tie the game, a double by Rylee Moulton that knocked in two, and then a 3-run blast over the center field fence by Julia LeBrun to break the game open (and a windshield!). Congratulations girls

The softball team will now play in their fourth straight Regional Championship, which will be held tomorrow June 16th at the University of Maine in Orono, at 3:30 pm. The top ranked and undefeated Lady Howlers will face off against #2 seed (and also undefeated) Katahdin Lady Cougars. This game will determine who will go to States, and it's against a strong opponent, so let's pack the UMaine Stadium with a sea of GREEN to support these outstanding athletes!

Some other notes:

Attached are a few things, like a map for parking. The "orange" areas are the most convenient spots to get to the softball field.

As the home team, we will be using the 3rd baseline dugout.

This is a CASH-FREE event, including admission tickets and the food truck, so please bring a card to pay with, OR prepay online ahead of time (link below). The cost is $12 for adults and $6 for students.
